The equipment that I use to treat plantar fasciitis is a 15 W  laser. The laser is used in the continuous mode.

The laser has two lights that penetrate the tissues several inches deep. There is a 630 nm light and a 910 nm light. The laser that I use is state-of-the-art because it comes with a roller to roll the laser on the skin.
The foot can only be treated for 2 to 4 minutes the first laser treatment.  Laser Treatments after the first visit treatment can be 4 to 6 minutes.
